Q: The subject of the emails that I am receiving start with "Form Submission" Can I remove that, and replace it with my own subject line?
A: Yes just set a hidden field in your form with the value you want as the subject and set the Defined Subject Form Field in your account. If you want the subject to be user set you can make this field a drop down. See www.ezyform.com for details.

Q: Can I have multiple form-data submissions to different email addresses (same server)? I may want differ rent people receiving the information, one transferring the data to another secure form and one overseeing the process.
A: You can have multiple forms but you can only have one email per account but it is quite simple to have this set to a catch all email and then filter/forward to different email accounts based on the subject etc. ie send all forms to mail@domain.com and then in this email account filter and automatically forward the email to different emails. This is possible in most email accounts. GMail is a free and very easy email system to set up this way.

Q: My account keeps telling me that the account is expired. Theaccount has been renewed. More than 24 hours ago. It was paid thru paypal. I still get the message that it is expired. Please fix thesituation asap. I need this to be working quickly.
A: As advised by PayPal you paid by a Pending eCheque Payment and....'This eCheque Payment will remain "Uncleared" until the funds havecleared from the sender's account, which usually takes four workingdays..... You will be notified by email when the funds have clearedinto your PayPal balance.' To assist you I have manually renewed youraccount and it should be up and running. However please note that thisis subject to your payment being received/cleared within the next 7days (this should be ample time for the payment to clear throughPayPal). Let me know if I can assist further.

Q: I have signed up for the 7 day trial period. When you press send this is what I get: Error: ezyform.com is not a valid domain for this account.
A: When you adjusted the form action of your form you created an error. It is currently <form action="http://www.ezyform.com/host/p.php?a=****" method="post"> name="Form1"> and should be <form action="http://www.ezyform.com/host/p.php?a=****" method="post" name="Form1"> (ie remove the > after the post). You can see there is a html coding error as when you view the form you see a rouge name="Form1"> at the top. Fix this, give it another try and let me know how you go.

Q: In the form the variable which email address should receive the auto response ? Is it the same as the email copy? I want it to go to the person filling in the form even if they don't select email copy.
A: The auto response goes to the email address that is input to the Defined Email Address Form Field. By default this field is named Email_Address (but you can adjust this if required). This is the same email address used for the Email CC however you do not need Email CC for an auto response to be sent. For details refer to the Help file www.ezyform.com .
