Q: Having an issue with Password Protected cells on my worksheet?
A: Input cells (blue) are not protected and are the only cells that should be changed for the software to function correctly. As outlined in the Terms and Conditions and Frequently Asked Questions page all non-input cells and Visual Basic code are protected to ensure integrity and protect source code. All input is via unprotected input cells, protected cells contain formula and should not be changed. The software is fully functional and the protection is in place to ensure the software formula and code is not corrupted.

Q: I am looking for a tool to use to determine the cost of a product which uses both imported and local outsourced components and labour for assembly and installation- which also includes local shipping to trimmers then on to the install site and returning parts to HQ for recycling. I thought the PSPE workbook would be what I looking for but it is almost too far along the supply chain. I want to show item cost, shipping, duty, local shipping storage costs ( I thought you had something which showed the financial cost of inventory over time) , plus the cost of selling on credit, warranty allowance etc. The objective is to end up with a total local cost from which the selling price can be determined.
A: I think Product and Supplier Profitability https://bizpep.com/productsupplierprofitability.html is as close as we get (it does include some financing and holding costs). It sounds like a tailored design would be needed.
