A: Our software Site Builder Software - Content Management System is not windows based. Please note our software is independently developed by softSWOT and is not related to software developed by other organizations.

Q: Couple of quick questions. I am assuming the the software installs on the server. All of our servers are Windows Servers will it work on our servers? How is the security set up for several people being able to access the software and making updates? Are there any limitation on the size of a site that it will support? Can it handle both audio and Video files? I have used the software before but it was in a different position on I believe it was on Unix servers. Thank in advance for your help.
A: Yes the site code installs on the server, windows servers are fine as long as they support php. There is only 1 password set in the site code files, this can be used by multiple users, however beware that multiple users at the same time could over write each other. There is no limitation on size from the software perspective just the servers (which should never be an issue). Audio/video files are simply uploaded to the server and links can be used to access them or if your want to embedded them in html you will need to set up a html template with the required features, the site builder code could also be embedded within this. The site builder does not have audio/video functions.

Q: I would like to try Site Builder Software. I have downloaded the trial version and uploaded as per your instruction but it gives Internal Server Error. Please advise me what to do?
A: Try running the Test Code www.softswot.com to check your php, run it in your sub domain and then in the root domain. If all is ok (ie test code retirns ok) try running the software in your root directory not a sub directory. You can name the index file a different name ie index1.php so you do not affect any other files on your domain. From there you will need to contact your server host regarding the server configuration, advise them you are running a php file and the error recieved.
