Topic: SiteMap XML Software
Q: I'm a novice to this sitemap.xml stuff. my problem is I've generated a xml a few year ago for my site but stop doing it cause I don't know what I'm doing. The problem with the xml I created is google index stuff from my site I don't want index. Can you help me understand this better?

A: The best place to start would be Google Webmaster Help www.google.com . It provides a lot of information regarding indexing and sitemaps. This should help you understand what is required. See the Removing my own content from Google page www.google.com for managing the content you do not want indexed. If you have a sitemap also remove/replace it with a sitemap that reflects the content you want indexed.

Topic: Form1 Builder Software
Q: I'm trying to integrate an automotive question submission form I made with FormBuilder with an email marketing program. I need to add a "receive newsletter checkbox" which will send the typical submission email from the user name and address, to a specific email address (not the $delemail = address), only when the box is checked.

A: You cannot use the standard form1 functions to deliver to different emails. The easiest way is to simply have all emails sent to the same delivery email address and then from that email address filter/forward based on criteria to the specific email address ie if newsletter checkbox is true forward to specific email address. This should be achievable from most email servers ie gmail etc. The alternative would be to use 2 different form1 processing codes with different email delivery addresses and send the form to one or the other based on the checkbox status however this would require additional programming.

Topic: Budget Complier QuickBooks Excel
Q: Does the evaluation copy allow us to import our own QB data? Do we need to purchase it to try it with our own data?. I have tried using my csv file and it does not work. Please advise.

A: Yes, in evaluation mode the only limitations are to the Save and Print functions. If you are having difficulty importing it may be a formatting issue for the data you are exporting from QuickBooks to the csv file. Review the example csv files and the support information to ensure the form is valid.

Topic: Billing Model Excel
Q: I have a medical billing business and would like to show doctors how much money they are losing by doing their own billing and receiving rejected claims. Which software would be good for me to provide a Claims Cost Analysis for these physicians. I need to be able to show them that my company can do it for less than what they are spending.

A: I do not think you will find off the shelf software that provides the function you require. None of our standard software would suit and you may need to develop/design specifically for your application.
